All products sold through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed and processed.

Commercial refrigeration equipment is shipped via freight carriers and requires specialized handling and packaging. Once equipment leaves the warehouse and is delivered, it cannot be resold as new.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
